We offer a strict 7-day return for exchange policy. You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return for a product exchange or store credit. After 7 days, we cannot offer you an exchange or credit.

2. Strict No-Refunds Policy

Please note that we do not issue monetary refunds to your original payment method for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect sizing/choices. All eligible returns will strictly be processed as an exchange for another item of equal value or as a store credit note for future use.

3. Eligibility Criteria for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following safety and condition standards:

  • The item must be completely unused, unsharpened, and undamaged.
  • The item must be in its original packaging (including any original boxes, leather/kydex sheaths, or protective oil covers).

Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Customized, engraved, or modified knives.
  • Items showing any signs of field testing, wear, rust, or handling marks.
  • Clearance or special promotional “Sale” items.

4. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning your item to us. Shipping costs are completely non-refundable.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a knife or gear item that is genuinely defective or broken during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In the case of verified manufacturing defects, we will replace the item immediately at no extra cost to you.
